It is with profound sadness that Smith Construction Heckington Ltd announces the sudden and unexpected passing of our Divisional Manager, Tim Phipps, on Monday 29th December 2025.
Tim was an integral part of our company for 35 years, a truly valued colleague whose knowledge and experience shaped so much of our work. He will be remembered for his constant willingness to help others, his immense kindness, and his famously bad jokes that never failed to bring a smile to our faces.
We are collectively struggling to come to terms with the loss of such a loved colleague and trusted friend. This has been a profound shock, and we kindly ask for understanding during this difficult time.
Above all, Tim was devoted to his family, speaking of them with immense pride and love. He was a dedicated father, grandfather, son, brother, and uncle. Our deepest condolences are with them now. We ask that their privacy is respected as they navigate this unimaginable loss.
