Joseph Davis,Victim Killed in Pedestrian and Vehicle Crash Identified
MADISONVILLE, Ky. – Kentucky State Police have identified the pedestrian killed in a Tuesday evening crash in Hopkins County.
The fatal incident occurred at approximately 5:50 p.m. at the intersection of U.S. 41 and Old Nortonville-White Plains Road in Nortonville. According to a preliminary KSP investigation, a vehicle driven by a Hopkins County man struck a pedestrian who was reported to be standing in the roadway.

The pedestrian has been identified as 70-year-old Joseph Davis. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Hopkins County Coroner.
Kentucky State Police Post 2 in Madisonville continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash. No further details have been released at this time.
